2.在中華民國境內居住達 183天之外國人，請主動提供您的資料及居留證照片，不需繳納稅額，未回覆者視為放棄。

3.非中華民國國境內居住之國人、外國人（即在中華民國境內居住未達 183天之本國人及外國人）

*獎項屬機會中獎所得，應依本國稅法相關規定辦理扣繳申報，不論得獎者所得之金額，須就中獎所得扣繳 20%機會中獎稅。

**請先至生涯發展中心繳交稅額，並依規定檢附身份證正反面、護照、居留證等影本(50元*20%=10元稅額)，因本校需按國稅局規定時間內完成申請手續。

We have missed you so much since you graduated from TCU five year ago.

How have you been? Have you thought about doing something for TCU? This may be an opportunity. This questionnaire aims to update your information, keep up with your current status, and ask you about how your college training and experience have served you. Your response will help us to

1.Comply with the request of the Ministry of Education and provide them with information to structure their policy on college education.

2.Help TCU improve teaching and student service programs, and enhance our alumni services.

3.Provide to the Ministry of labor committee or relevant units assisting in job hunting, if there is any relevant information such as talent recruitment and vocational training. We treasure your opinion and appreciate your good efforts. This survey will take you around 10 to 20 minutes to complete, so thank you, in advance, for taking the time.
